The process of creating the adventure of a lifetime is very interactive. The first step is to have a detailed discussion either in person or on the phone about what you are looking to do. You don't fill out any forms on the Internet - you tell us everything you want out of your vacation. After we have this understanding, we can determine whether Custom Adventures can help you or not. It may be that your trip is outside the bounds of our expertise, and if so, we will try and point you in the right direction.

Keeping you involved
After the initial discussion, if you are interested in using Custom Adventures to create and book your itinerary, we'll get right to work. We'll start immediately to look into different options for you, and present these to you as we find them, always informing you of the time commitment and cost of that option. You are as involved in the process as you wish to be, but you will always be the one who makes the final decisions.

Taking care of details
Once we have developed a finalized itinerary, we can make any hotel, car, airline, outfitter, etc. bookings that are necessary for your trip. We will provide you with detailed documentation about every facet of your trip. We can make changes to the itinerary (when possible) up until the time of your departure. Alternatively, you can choose to do the bookings yourself.

Getting your feedback
After you have returned from your adventure, we'll want to find out from you what you liked, didn't like, and how we can make the experience even better for you (or another traveler) in the future.

Terms of Service
Because we put so much time into your vacation, we charge a fee for our services. We feel confident that you will find the benefits of using Custom Adventures well worth the cost. Read about our Terms of Service.
